Kids like Angeline

Angeline* received an insecticide-treated mosquito net from UNICEF that will protect her from malaria.

In Africa, malaria claims a child’s life every 30 seconds, but with the use of something as simple as an insecticide-treated mosquito net, infection rates can be reduced by half.

UNICEF is the largest procurer of mosquito nets around the world, In 2010 UNICEF distributed 23 million of these special nets to 41 countries around the world.

No child should die from malaria, but tragically, many still do.

As a UNICEF Global Parent you will ensure that children are provided with simple, practical interventions like mosquito nets that will save lives. Don’t all children deserve the right to health?
